Horace - Just a superb podcast! Your point about how Apple is simplifying iWork and deliberately moving downmarket, and how it makes strategic sense to move away from the most demanding customers to target average customers, is an obvious, succinct, and brilliant nutshell version of how companies can avoid getting put out of business. Thanks very much for your continued efforts -- it is VERY much appreciated!!!
