Thanks! I’ll try to make it…

Love the cost per day, per hour, per pick-up analysis.

One corollary: The alleged threat from SpaceX or OpenAI/Ives falls to pieces. They can't compete with $1/day, etc.

I too was a 'fold' skeptic. Then a friend use his Galaxy fold to share some photos. That's it. People love to share pictures in real world social situations. Watching videos on plane trips would delight.

    It's not a iPhone/iPad. It's an iPhone with a big beautiful screen.

Yes, it took until last year to make folds reliable and dust/water-proof. That can be done now. No way would Apple release an iPhone before achieving those qualities.

Final: Apps like stock trading, can take advantage of more pixels.

Dan, were you able to get the recording?

How many times you wished you had your iPad with you OR that it was charged. Those times are Fold’s to take.

But also job-to-be-done of showing off. And unlike Vision Pro it doesn’t require eye training.

Still don’t get the OpenAI device “threat”. Will it be a cellular device? If so they’ll have to deal with umpteen companies or MVNO, which is limiting. If not, it’s sustaining to the iPhone.

We may be witnessing some imaginary Dongle Economics: many more people may pay $300 for an Ive-designed gadget than 12 months of OpenAI subscription.
